Please read the below terms and conditions before submitting an order to Retouching Zone. These terms and conditions will provide information about what you can expect from Retouching Zone. 

Acceptance of the terms

By visiting our website and using our services, you are acknowledging the terms and conditions of our services. You are giving your consent that this acknowledgment constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Retouching Zone.

General Agreement

You understand and agree that these terms and conditions constitute a general agreement between you and Retouching Zone. When you take a service from us, you may be subject to additional terms and conditions specific to that service. 

Image Acceptance

You have to submit images to us following the Retouching Zone’s guidelines for resolution and file formats. After we submit the edited images, you have 7 days to check and report issues if any. After fixing the issues and correcting the image, you need to review and accept or reject it. We will delete all the images after 30 days of your acceptance.

Image Delivery

Retouching Zone will deliver the edited image files to you through a public web link. If wish, we may send you the image files through FTP which is more secure in nature. The delivery time can vary based on the price and it will be agreed during order confirmation. If the delivery is delayed, you can contact us for compensation. For larger orders, we may request you delivery time extension for any unavoidable circumstances. 

Payment

Retouching Zone’s current price for all services is listed on the website. We may change the price without notice. All payments must be done in US dollars and your order will be considered ‘confirmed’ after we receive the payment in full amount. For high-volume or repeat orders, we may offer credit at our discretion. You will be responsible for taxes, duties, or tariffs related to your order except for taxes on our income. We accept one free trial from a single account/ IP address. 

Right To Use

By submitting images to Retouching Zone, you are granting us a worldwide royalty-free license to use, edit, and distribute them. You are fully responsible for the submitted image. You have to protect Retouching Zone and its partners from any claims or costs arising from your breach of legal obligations. 

Term Validity

These terms and conditions will be effective during your image file submission and will last until you accept the edited files. Retouching Zone reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time and compensate you for unedited images. Fees for unaccepted edited images may or may not be refunded at Retouching Zone’s desertion. 

Change of terms

Retouching Zone reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time at its own discretion without notice. The changes will be effective on the date of publication on this website. Any change to these terms will signify your agreement to be bound by them.
